These Terms govern access to the ArticleWritingAI static demonstration. They are a general starting point and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch.
1. Demo status
The included website demonstrates interface, content, and client-side functionality. It does not provide production AI, payment processing, authenticated cloud accounts, or guaranteed service availability.
2. Acceptable use
Users must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or produce content intended to facilitate harm.
3. User responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy, originality, permissions, citations, regulatory requirements, and suitability before use or publication.
4. Accounts
The static login and signup are demonstrations. Production account terms should address security, account ownership, credentials, team access, suspension, and deletion.
5. Plans and billing
Displayed plans are product examples. A production service must state prices, taxes, billing intervals, renewals, cancellation, refunds, plan changes, and usage overages before charging customers.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, product branding, and original site copy are owned by articlewritingai.com LLC or its licensors. Users retain rights they hold in their inputs, subject to a production provider’s necessary processing license.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, articlewritingai.com LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the demo.
